Lawn Mowing in the Lehigh Valley

A clean, even cut on a schedule you can count on. We mow, edge, trim and blow off every hard surface so the property looks finished every single visit.

A good lawn is mostly about consistency. Miss a week in May and the grass gets away from you. Cut it too short in July and it burns out. ESG Landscaping keeps Lehigh Valley lawns on a steady schedule through the whole growing season, so your yard always looks cared for and you get your weekends back.

We treat mowing as more than running a machine across the grass. Every visit includes string trimming around beds, trees and fences, edging along walks and driveways, and blowing clippings off every hard surface before we leave.

What every mowing visit includes

  • Even, professional cutSharp blades and the right mowing height for the season, so the lawn stays thick and green instead of stressed.
  • String trimmingAround trees, beds, fence lines, mailboxes and everywhere the mower cannot reach.
  • EdgingClean lines along sidewalks, driveways and walkways.
  • Cleanup before we leaveClippings blown off driveways, walks, patios and porches.
  • Changing patternsWe vary the mowing direction so the lawn does not develop ruts or lean.
  • Eyes on the propertyWe are there regularly, so we spot problems like bare patches, weeds or drainage issues early and tell you about them.

Mowing that fits Lehigh Valley lawns

Most lawns in our area are cool season grasses like tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass. They grow hard in spring and fall and slow down in summer heat. That means the right schedule changes through the year. The mowing season here usually runs from April into November.

We keep the cut around three inches or a little higher and never take off more than a third of the blade at once. Taller grass shades the soil, holds moisture through July and August and crowds out weeds. It is a small detail that makes a big difference by late summer.

We provide lawn mowing in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, East Stroudsburg and across the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. See the full service area.

FAQ

Mowing questions

Do not see your question? Call or text us and you will get a straight answer.

How often will you mow my lawn?

Most properties do best with weekly mowing during peak growth in spring and early summer. We can talk through what schedule fits your lawn and budget when we see the property.

What does lawn mowing cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the lawn, how much trimming and edging there is, and things like slopes and gates. We give you a free, exact price after a quick look at the property.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

We keep it simple. We agree on the schedule and price up front, and you know exactly what you are getting each visit.

What happens when it rains?

If weather pushes us off your normal day, we get to you as soon as conditions allow. We avoid mowing soaked lawns because it tears up the turf and leaves ruts.
